• It is important to note that International orders may incur cuistoms or imports duties and/pr taxes. Customers are liable for these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to estimate the  costs of these duties/taxes. Please note, your order will be nonrefundable on failure to pay your duties & taxes fee.

We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

All full price items are eligible for a full refund, 110% credit note or size exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including the barcoded polybag. Returns received without original packaging will be returned to the customer.

If your return meets the above criteria, you may initiate your return via our Returns Portal. Once approved you will receive instructions to send your items back to our warehouse.

All orders that qualified for Free Shipping that are returned for a refund will have the shipping cost deducted from their refund. Please note shipping costs for returns and replacements are at the cost of the customer. 

All items purchased on regular sale or with a promotional discount code (not including our welcome discount) are eligible for a refund to credit note or size exchange only. Please note items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for a full refund.

*All items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return. These items are discounted from 50%- 80% and are final sale.

Any orders purchased outside of our sale periods are not eligible for a refund and customers are not required to be back paid any difference in sale prices.

Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date, and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, you will be issued a new credit note as a return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@solaquastudio.com.

Final Sale
All items marked Final are considered Final Sale. Final sale refers to items that are marked to clear. Item/s marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Items are eligible for direct size exchange, pending size availability.

Please note, if your desired exchange size is not available, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund.
