- Free Standard Shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $350 AUD using Australia Post Standard shipping. (2-8 Business Days)
- Standard delivery is available for orders under $350 AUD and are charged a flat fee of $10 AUD using Australia Post Standard shipping. (2-8 Business Days)
- Express shipping is available on all domestic orders using Australia Post Express Service and is charged a flat fee of $15 AUD (1-2 Business Days)
- Same day shipping is available on all Sydney Metro orders placed before 12pm and is charged a flat fee of $40 AUD. (Delivered in 4 hours or less)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Free Standard International Shipping is available on all orders over $400 AUD using DHL Standard Service. (6-10 Business Days)
- Standard International Shipping is available on all orders under $400 AUD and are charged a flat fee of $30 AUD (6-10 Business Days)
- DHL Express International service is available on all orders and is charged a flat fee of $70 AUD. (3-5 Business Days
- It is important to note that International orders may incur cuistoms or imports duties and/pr taxes. Customers are liable for these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to estimate the costs of these duties/taxes. Please note, your order will be nonrefundable on failure to pay your duties & taxes fee.
RETURNS
At SOLAQUA, each piece is produced in considered, limited quantities. Because of this small-batch nature, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credits to ensure you find the perfect fit.
Boxing Day Sale
All sales are final. A one-time size exchange only is offered during our Boxing Day Sale. Purchases made before & after our sale period are not eligible for partial refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused and in original condition, with all original tags and polybags.
- Free from makeup, self-tan, perfume, or marks.
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Size Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange for:
- A different size
If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive a store credit.
Store Credit
If you prefer not to exchange, we can issue a store credit:
- Valid for 12 months
- Issued in the form of a digital gift card
- Can be used across any product on solaquastudio.com
Store credits cannot be refunded or converted to cash.
Refunds for Faulty Items
Refunds are only offered for items that are:
- Faulty
- Incorrectly shipped
- Clearly defective upon arrival
Please note, our items go through a thorough quality check before dispatch. If your item is faulty, please email photos and your order number to contact@solaquastudio.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Faulty items will be subject to a strict inspection to uncover the cause of the fault.
Approved faulty returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as SOLAQUA is not responsible for lost return parcels.
International Orders
International customers follow the same returns process. Original shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties are non-refundable.
How to Lodge a Return
Lodge your return request via our Returns Portal.Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.Send your item back within 7 days of approval.
Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit.

PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 2pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 2pm AEST. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery.
If an someone is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post & all International orders are shipped using DHL.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. SOLAQUA offers complimentary gift wrapping on all orders over $300. Should you need your order gift wrapped, please include this in the note section of your order, along with any requests for a hand written note to accompany the order. Our signature wrapping includes a SOLAQUA gift box, tissue paper, sticker, ribbon and a personal hand written note.
